Bluefield College Trail

The Bluefield College Trail has two trailheads.  Actually, there's a third (near the northeast end) but this map currently covers the two most important entrance points.  The southwestern end is near the college's tennis courts while the northeastern end is near the Mitchell Stadium parking lot.

There are several benches along the way for hikers but all were in poor condition in May 2009.  Multiple plant identification signs are spread over the hike and all are small and non-obtrusive.

The trail is behind Bluefield College which is located at the intersection of South College Avenue (Route 102) and Stadium Drive in Bluefield, Virginia.  It's very convenient to Walmart and Lowes if your spouse is going to be shopping for an hour and you would like a nice hike.

The one-way length is about 0.75 mile.

Hiking only.  I do not believe bikes are allowed.  Definitely no ATVs or horses.
